We are not a typical day labor temp service. We are a long term skilled trade staffing firm that partners with General contractors and subcontractors to man big jobs for the entire project. Majority of our clients send a foreman and one other guy then use our guys to complete the work on the job. Day labor and short term jobs are a waste of our time and money. That being said we want our tradesmen working a lot and for a long time because it does nothing but benefit us and them.

Training:

Need a trade, but don’t want to take classes like English, math, or science? IHS can assist you with guidance and enrollment at Global Tech’s training facility. Global Tech has been training welders for 3 years and is now expanding into other trades at the new facility opening soon. Welding classes are now being offered at the current facility in Decatur, AL. Train under the best in the welding and plumbing industry and IHS will help you find employment. Due to the industry demand in the HVAC workforce IHS will work with clients to offer hands on training for entry level positions and certification assistance. Starting salaries range depending on the location of jobs. IHS is working with clients throughout the U.S.

IHS not only has the top Account Manager servicing our clients in the trade industry, but he can also train you for a career in the plumbing industry. Welding and Plumbing instructors are NCCER certified.
